We will not accept clients more than 15 Mins late. As we do know things happen we are very understanding. But we strive to give each and everyone of you a quality experience, and time is in-fact important in quality. We require a card on file, and a non refundable deposit of 50% of your service and a card on file at the time of booking! If deposit is not paid within 24hrs of booking appointment, Appointments are subject to cancellation. Please note full service will not be charged at time of booking just a 50% deposit. Appointment confirmations will be sent out 72 hours in advance. We will reach out a second time 24 hours in advance in the event that there is no confirmation your appointment is subject to cancellation! Please confirm all appointments. Failure to cancel before 24 hour will result in 50% charge of remaining balance. NO call, NO show’s will result in 100% charge of the remaining balance. And must be paid before booking next appointment.
